In tuOtempO AGENDA, each click corresponds to an action - add a new patient; add an appointment; reschedule or cancel an existing appointment - all with the click of the mouse.
Almost as simple as the traditional diary, but much clearer and more versatile.
We have spent years working alongside secretaries, assistants, operators and auxiliary staff to recreate as closely as possible the simplicity of pen and paper. Slightly more effort is required, and this is rewarded with clarity and easy sharing.

Authorised users (doctors, assistants and other professionals) can access the tuOtempO agenda by computer or mobile phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If ever you are unable to access the service by these means, we will immediately send you a copy of the agenda via fax.
No more mistery.
Everyone who uses the agenda is given a unique username and password. In this way, it is always possible to get back to the person who has made or rescheduled any particular appointment.
Free for WEB and MEMO clients.
The tuOtempO AGENDA is completely free for WEB and MEMO clients who purchase at least 1000 credits per resource in any given year. For everyone else, there is a small cost per month for each medical professional entered into the agenda.
